Many of you have used our FADER Villas as “get-a-ways” over the past year and we have greatly enjoyed having you and your friends stay in them. Here are a few ideas, that you have given to us to how we could better use the homes.

Midway Villa - $85.00 per night
In the complex, there is a nice Clubhouse for parties, a pool and Jacuzzi, and tennis courts.

Directions to this villa:
From Provo:
Go through Provo Canyon. Just past Deer Creek turn left on Charleston Rd. (UT-113) and follow to Midway.
When you have reached Midway turn right on Main St. (you will see a Texaco gas station on the corner) and go about ½ mile to 750 E Hamlet Drive. Turn right and go to the end of the street and you will see some covered parking for Unit #173 on the left-hand side.
From Salt Lake City:
From I-80 East merge onto US-40 (towards Heber). In Heber turn right on 100 South (UT-113). Continue until you reach
750 E Hamlet Drive in Midway. Turn left and go to the end of the street and you will see some covered parking for Unit #173 on the left-hand side.

Golf – Wasatch State Park and The Homestead (in Midway)

St. George Villas - $135 per night
Near the villas, there is a world-class fitness center, The Summit Athletic Club, within walking distance. It offers complimentary swimming, tennis, and the usual fitness center amenities. The cost to those staying in one of our condos is $2.00 per person per day.
Feeling Lazy? Don't want to clean? We can contract with a local cleaning service to take care of it for you - just $35.00.

Go South on I-15 and get off on Exit 8 (St. George Blvd.) Turn left onto St. George Blvd. Turn right on River Rd. Turn left on 1450 S. Turn right on 1620 E. Turn left after entering the Boulder Springs Villa complex. Look for #16 or #17 (on left-hand side of street) depending on whether you are staying in FADER I or FADER II.
From the South:
